Details that help
- A phone number for the recipient. It is only used if the driver cannot get in.
- Apartment, unit or floor. A building without a unit number is the usual reason for a second attempt.
- The company name for a workplace, so reception knows who it is for.
- A date that suits the address. Homes are often easier at the weekend; offices need a working day.
- Anyone else who can take it in — a neighbour, a concierge, a colleague.

Before you order
Why is same-day delivery not offered in Bar Harbor?

On orders over $100, yes. Under that the charge appears at checkout.

Yes, where the law permits it.
Who can accept the delivery?
Anyone at the address in most cases — reception, a mailroom or a concierge at a business. A signature is only needed if the order calls for one.
