Delivery, explained
The earliest dateBaskets are prepared the day before they travel, so the soonest delivery is usually the next day where available — same-day sending is not offered.
Setting the dayThe delivery day is chosen with the gift; availability for that address is confirmed at checkout.
Free over $100Delivery costs nothing over $100. Under it, the charge is added at checkout, where you can see it before paying.
At the doorNo signature is needed unless the order calls for one. At an office, the basket is left with reception, the mailroom or a concierge.
AdjustmentsContact support as soon as you know of a change; once a basket is being prepared it may be too late. Substitutions keep the intent, value and presentation.
Something not rightPerishable items should be reported within a day of arrival, everything else within five; photographs help the review.
