Delivery, explained
The earliest dateBaskets are prepared the day before they travel, so the soonest delivery is usually the next day where available — same-day sending is not offered.
The date is yoursThe product page carries a date picker — choose the day, and checkout confirms availability for the recipient's address.
The cost of deliveryOrders over $100 are delivered free; smaller orders carry a charge, shown before payment.
At the doorNo signature is needed unless the order calls for one. At an office, the basket is left with reception, the mailroom or a concierge.
AdjustmentsContact support as soon as you know of a change; once a basket is being prepared it may be too late. Substitutions keep the intent, value and presentation.
If anything is wrongReport anything perishable within 24 hours of delivery and anything else within five days, with photographs, and support will put it right.

The widget on the contact page reaches support. To track an order you need the e-mail address and the ZIP code.
Delivering in Saco
What helps a Saco basket arrive without a second attempt.
ZIP codes in Saco
Seen on Saco orders to date — and the rest of Maine is covered on the same terms.
- 04072 Saco, ME
A ZIP code not on this list is no obstacle: Maine is the delivery area. A remote, rural or island address may need a check before the date is confirmed.
On the order form
- A phone number for the recipient. It is only used if the driver cannot get in.
- Apartment, unit or floor. A building without a unit number is the usual reason for a second attempt.
- The company name for a workplace, so reception knows who it is for.
- A date that suits the address. Homes are often easier at the weekend; offices need a working day.
- Anyone else who can take it in — a neighbour, a concierge, a colleague.

Asked often
Can a basket reach Saco today?
No — same-day delivery is not offered; the soonest date is usually tomorrow, where available, and checkout confirms it.
How do I choose the day?
The product page carries a date picker; checkout then confirms availability for that address.
Is a workplace delivery a problem?
No — add the employer's name and the suite number and it goes through the front desk during business hours.
What if an item is out of stock?
It is replaced by something comparable of the same value, keeping the intent and presentation of the basket.
Is alcohol allowed in the gift?
Alcohol is included where permitted by law.
