Delivery, explained
Next-day where availableDeliveries in York are built around the following day wherever the address allows. Same-day delivery is not offered; the basket is prepared for the date on the order.
When it arrivesYou choose the day as you order, and checkout confirms it for the recipient's address. Delivery dates and windows are estimates.
Free over $100Delivery costs nothing over $100. Under it, the charge is added at checkout, where you can see it before paying.
Handing it overMost baskets are handed over without a signature. Workplace deliveries go to reception, a mailroom or a concierge.
AdjustmentsContact support as soon as you know of a change; once a basket is being prepared it may be too late. Substitutions keep the intent, value and presentation.
