Delivery Information

Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET are prepared the same business day. Shipped by carrier; delivery time depends on the region.
The builder's calendar shows the dates available; choose one there.
The full address and a working phone number for the recipient are essential.
Whether a hospital delivery can be made depends on the hospital's access rules and the recipient's stay.
Tell us as soon as you can if the recipient has been discharged; the team will sort out the delivery.
Add apartment numbers, concierge details, buzzer codes and any access instructions.
Where the carrier or driver can confirm delivery, we pass that on.
