Every basket is put together individually, so exact items depend on what's available. If something must be swapped, the team picks a replacement that keeps the theme, the purpose and the value of the gift.
Delivery Information
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET are prepared the same business day. Shipped by carrier; delivery time depends on the region.
- Use the delivery calendar in the builder to choose a date.
- Enter the complete delivery address and a reachable phone number for the recipient.
- Hospital deliveries are subject to the hospital's access rules and the recipient's status.
- Should the recipient go home early, get in touch promptly and we'll review the options.
- Include secure-access details such as apartment, buzzer, concierge or gate codes.
- Confirmation of delivery is provided where possible for the delivery method used.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
A bottle of wine or champagne is included only if you choose it and where it can be delivered. The recipient must be of legal drinking age; ID may be checked at the door.
